The Career & College Readiness Program gives youth the knowledge, preparation, and confidence needed to successfully transition into higher education or the workforce. Students receive hands-on guidance in career exploration, application support, résumé building, interview skills, financial literacy, and goal planning. This program empowers youth to take ownership of their future, access opportunities, and pursue pathways that lead to long-term success and economic stability.
